Jerri Banner

Jerri began her real estate career 10 years ago and found a niche working with first time buyers. In those 10 short years Jerri has become one of the top producing agents in the Triad.

Jerri is a well rounded agent, having expertise in new construction, existing residential properties, land development and REO/investment properties. A lifelong resident of the Triad area, she does not limit herself to just one geographic area but has worked with buyers all over the Triad.

Jerri is married to Alan Montgomery who she works side by side as part of the Banner & Associates team at Allen Tate Realtors. They have 4 children with Mitch, their oldest son, attending UNC Chapel Hill and the 2 younger children in high school.

Outside real estate, Jerri enjoys watching her daughter Kayla play soccer and cheerlead at all the high school sporting events, follow Jon at his golf tournaments and listen to all the happenings at Baptist Hospital from the oldest daughter, Stacy.

Jerri’s family are both UNC Tarheel fans and Wake Forest Demon Deacon fans. Jerri and Alan love football and are PSL owners at the Carolina Panthers Stadium.
